General refund rules:
- We can only offer refunds if the complaint has arrived within 48 hours of the disputed event.
- We cannot offer higher refunds than the disputed amount.
- We can only offer refunds for services provided by our site and are not forbidden by our Rules.
- We cannot give refunds on cases of agreements or shows that took place outside our website. We strongly suggest that you use the facilities we provide for any interactions with the models.
Refunds for a private/exclusive private show:
- We cannot offer a full refund if the disputed Private/Exclusive Private show was more than 5 minutes long. If you are not satisfied with a show, please leave it immediately AND rate it low, describing the reason why in the comment.
- Please make sure that you agreed with the model for a particular service before initiating the Private show or that you requested the service included in the respective show via the Show activity Menu.
- Otherwise, models will reserve the rights to decline other specific requests.
We cannot refund in cases where there was a technical issue on the user's side. Please find the steps on how to deal with the technical issues here.
In the case of tips, we can only refund if there was a clear agreement between the model and the user about the exact request and amount of tokens.
Cases of spying are not covered by our Refund Policy.
In case of any issues with paid content (model photos, videos), we cannot offer a refund if the issue is not confirmed or occurred on the user’s end.
