I purchased tokens but they haven't shown up in my account yet

Rarely, there can be a slight delay in the tokens showing up. The tokens will show up in your account shortly, so don't panic and don’t escalate a new purchase. This problem is more frequent when purchasing with Bitcoins.

Credit/Debit/Prepaid Cards/PayPal

If you see the successful transaction but tokens were not credited, most likely, the transaction did not go through and your funds will appear back on your card within 5 working days. You can clarify the status of your transaction with your bank and with the billing provider you used. You can find Billing providers’ contact information here: Billing Contacts

UPI (transactions in INR)

There may be delays with processing your purchase attempts. If more than 24 hours have passed and the tokens were not credited, contact the UPI support team directly to confirm/clarify your transaction. You can contact UPI support here.

 

After you submit the form, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to verify your email address. You must click the confirmation link to complete your request. If you do not confirm your email address, your request will not be submitted successfully. 

Gift Cards

If you used PayGarden to redeem your gift card, submit a request via https://www.paygarden.com/support

Bitcoin, Ether, and other cryptocurrencies

It is not possible to track your crypto transaction on our end, so we kindly suggest you contact the crypto provider you used and clarify the status of your transaction with them. Other billing providers

Wait for up to 24 hours. If the transaction hasn’t come through still, contact the billing provider’s support team to check the status of your transaction.
