Consent & Verification

• We do not allow anyone to upload pictures or videos of a person without that person’s consent and without that person being registered and verified on our Website.
• We do not allow models to broadcast unless they have successfully passed our KYC process on the account they are broadcasting from. This applies to every person appearing in the broadcast,  meaning that only individuals who are registered and verified on the specific account may appear on that account's broadcasts and content. Verification on other accounts does not grant permission to appear on all accounts.
• If you are streaming from a public place, take appropriate measures to ensure that unregistered persons do not appear on your stream. If there is a high risk that non-registered persons might appear and you cannot ensure otherwise, then we recommend that you stop the stream. This includes showing non-registered persons on your phone, persons visible in the background such as individuals on streets, in public venues, or appearing on TV screens or other screen displays while streaming.
• We will take action against accounts if we have sufficient reason to believe they are currently using or have previously used non-authentic or tampered documents.
• We will terminate any person’s account and submit a report to the relevant authorities if we have sufficient reason to believe they are participating in any way in human trafficking.
• In Group accounts, the Account Holder must be present on camera during every stream.

Minor Safety

• All models and users must be at least 18 years of age.
• The sexualization of minors is strictly prohibited in any form or medium. This includes, but is not limited to, role-play and pretending to be underage.

Self-Harm

• We do not allow any content that promotes self-harm.

Dangerous & Regulated Goods

• We prohibit any unsafe activities, including the use of dangerous tools.
• We do not allow the sharing of any illegal or regulated products or services, such as illegal drugs, on our Website.

Violent & Graphic Content

• We prohibit showing certain bodily fluids as they are deemed disturbing to most of our users; this includes blood and human excrement.
• We also do not allow the depiction of violence on our Website in any form.

Harassment & Hate Speech

• We prohibit the use of hateful or hurtful language, and we prohibit all harassment of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, insults, body shaming, wishing harm or death on others, threats, blackmail, coercion, or repeated abusive behavior.
• We understand that conversations can sometimes feel provoking or emotionally charged. However, we strongly encourage you to report any incident rather than retaliate, as responding with abuse is also a violation of these guidelines.

Animal Welfare

• We do not allow the depiction of bestiality (sexual activity between a human and an animal) on our Website.
• We also do not allow physical interaction with animals while the model is performing a sexual act.

Protection of Privacy

• We do not allow any unauthorized exposure of personal private information. This includes, but is not limited to, another person's full name, address, contact details, or any other information sufficient to identify them.
• We do not allow arranging in-person meetings through our platform.
• We do not allow any recording by any party during Cam2Cam shows without the consent of all participants.

Spam & Unwanted Advertisement

• We review the Website 24/7 to ensure that it remains free of spam and is not being used as a gateway to drive users away from the Website. This includes, but is not limited to, repeatedly sharing ways of contact leading outside our platform, sharing malicious links, offering or arranging shows outside our platform, advertising other live-streaming platforms, content subscription services, or any case in which it is sufficiently clear that the account’s primary purpose is to lead users outside our platform. 

Scams & Fraud

Any dishonest or misleading behavior on the Website is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Fake tipping;
• Using pre-recorded content in broadcasts;
• Asking for, suggesting, or accepting payment methods other than those offered by the Website;
• Using fake toys;
• Pretending to be a member of our staff.

Performance Quality & User Satisfaction

We work alongside our models to ensure that all performances are highly satisfying for our users. We do not allow:

• Not performing items from your public or private tip menus; You have full control over what you add to your public and private tip menus. Only add items you are confident you can perform.
• Not performing a show after agreeing to it; You are not obliged to agree to any request you do not want to perform.
• Not performing a completed goal, or updating your goals right before completion on purpose.
• Using misleading titles for your ticket and/or group shows
• Depicting unconscious persons or broadcasting while sleeping;
• Begging for tips to cover personal expenses;
• Broadcasting from two or more accounts at the same time;
• Advertising a room in other models’ rooms;
• Advertising studios on our Website;
• Discussing, requesting, or offering prohibited shows or topics, including incest, bestiality, shows related to urination, menstruation, scat, and any other show or topic that is explicitly prohibited under this article;
• Broadcasting Private or Exclusive Private shows on other platforms publicly for free.

Account Access & Security

• Each registered user or model on our Website is entitled to access only their own account using the credentials provided during registration. Under no circumstances should anyone seek to access, use, or interfere with another person’s account.

Prohibition of Content Use

• Users are expressly prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, publishing, or otherwise engaging in any unauthorized use or exploitation of any content from our Website on any third-party websites.

Violation of these guidelines may result in the temporary suspension or permanent termination of account access and any tokens being withheld.
