Introduction to Community Guidelines
SupportLiveCam's purpose is to create the most fun, interactive, and genuine adult livestreaming experience in the world. We believe in Freedom: space to create, connect, and explore desire on your own terms. We believe in Fun: the spark and human energy that make live shows feel alive. And we believe in Excellence: the high standard we hold for the platform and the future of adult entertainment. Safety is the foundation that makes these values possible.
Our moderation mission is simple: reduce harm. Harm can be legal, physical, psychological, or financial, and it can affect models, users, studios, our platform, and the wider community. The ultimate goal is to help set the standard for healthy, authentic, and safe adult entertainment.
These Community Guidelines are designed to make the rules clearer and easier to understand. They explain what is not allowed and where the boundaries are, so people can express themselves freely and build genuine connections without putting themselves or others at risk.
We treat these guidelines as a living document. We will continue to review and update them by taking into account internal learnings, feedback from models and users, input from external partners and NGOs, and evolving laws and regulations. We aim to make these guidelines clear and useful, while recognizing that they cannot cover every internal policy or every possible situation. Some details must remain internal to prevent abuse or evasion, and moderation will always require judgment when context matters.
By using SupportLiveCam, you agree to follow these guidelines and our Terms of Use.
How to Read These Guidelines
Each policy area below opens with why the rule exists, then groups related rules together. Where more detail helps, a group has its own enforcement notes that show how the rules are applied in practice.
The enforcement notes are not new rules. They describe how our existing policies are already applied, and they answer the questions we get most often.
One principle runs through everything here: context matters. We review whole situations rather than isolated keywords. A word, an object, or a moment on a broadcast is never judged separately from the context it's in. The same applies to reports: a single unverified report never triggers enforcement on its own.
Your Local Laws
All users and models are responsible for understanding and following the local laws that apply to them when using SupportLiveCam. We provide privacy and safety tools to help you manage your experience, but you remain responsible for ensuring your activities comply with those laws.
United Kingdom
- From November 6, 2026, in England and Wales, it will be a criminal offence to possess or publish a pornographic image that explicitly and realistically shows one person strangling or suffocating another, where a reasonable person would think the people shown are real. This can include keeping the image in an account or cloud storage you control, or uploading, posting, sending or sharing it through another website or app.
- Strangulation means one person putting pressure on another person's neck.
- Suffocation means blocking another person's breathing in other ways, such as covering the mouth and nose or pressing on the chest.
- This applies to live Couples shows and all offline content, including acted and consensual scenes that look real.
- This includes content uploaded before November 6, 2026.
- If your account has more than one registered person, your profile won’t appear for UK viewers if it includes terms related to strangulation or suffocation. This covers your Tip Menu, activities, goals, show topics, and Custom Tags.
- Pictures and videos that show these acts will be hidden from UK viewers.
- If you live in England or Wales, the law also covers content you publish or keep on other platforms. See the official guidance.
Enforcement notes
- This specific offence does not cover acts performed by a person on their own body.Activity that puts your life or health at risk is covered by Self-Harm and Dangerous Activities.BDSM equipment such as collars, leashes, or rope is not a violation on its own.Examples of where enforcement begins include pressure on another person's neck, covering their mouth and nose, or restricting their breathing in other ways.
Obscenity Laws
- Some countries have strict national obscenity laws that prohibit the showing of genitals.
- For models, we offer a feature that provides automatic pixelation of genitals to assist with your compliance in these countries.

Age, Consent, and Verification
Every rule in this section answers one of two questions: is this person an adult, and did they agree to appear? Anyone taking part in a broadcast or in content must be a verified adult who chose to be there and is approved on that specific account. Verification protects the people on camera, and it keeps the platform legal and trusted worldwide. Our standards here are the strictest we have.
Everyone is an adult
- All models and users must be at least 18 years of age.
- The sexualization of minors is strictly prohibited in any form or medium. This includes, but is not limited to, role-play and pretending to be underage.
Enforcement notes
- Context matters here as much as anywhere in these guidelines: a conversation is judged by what it is doing, not by a single word in it. The moment a discussion, a role-play, or a username sexualizes a minor in any way, we act, and there are no exceptions.
Everyone on camera and in content is verified on your account
- Models may not broadcast without successfully passing our KYC process on the account they are broadcasting from. This applies to every person appearing in the broadcast: only individuals who are registered and verified on the specific account may appear in that account's broadcasts and content. Verification on another account does not carry over.
- No one may upload pictures or videos of a person without that person's consent and without that person being registered and verified on the account where the content appears.
Enforcement notes
- Verification works per account. A model verified on one account cannot appear on another account's stream until that model passes verification there too.
- Registration and verification are how we confirm consent. If a person is registered and verified on the account, we treat their participation as consensual unless there are clear signs of non-consensual filming or exploitation.
- Screens count as appearing. An unregistered person on a video call, or personal footage playing on a display in your frame, falls under the same rule as a person standing next to you. This also applies to movies, shows, and other published media.
Streaming in public places
- If you are streaming from a public place, take appropriate measures to ensure that unregistered persons do not appear on your stream. If the risk is high and you cannot control it, stop the stream.
Enforcement notes
- We look at whether a person is identifiable. A blurry photograph on the wall behind you, or a passerby whose face cannot reasonably be made out, is not what this rule is written for.
Group accounts
- In Group accounts, the Account Holder must be present on camera during every stream.
Enforcement notes
- "Present on camera" means visible. The Account Holder does not have to participate in every moment of the show, and a brief step away is fine, but we need to be able to confirm they are there.
Documents and human trafficking
- We will take action against accounts if we have sufficient reason to believe they are using, or have previously used, non-authentic or tampered identification documents.
- We will terminate any account if we have sufficient reason to believe the person behind it is participating in human trafficking in any way, and may report the case to the relevant authorities where appropriate or required.

Self-Harm and Dangerous Activities
This section draws lines around three things: content that promotes self-harm, activities that put health or life in real danger, and illegal or regulated products. All three put someone at real risk: the person on camera first, and viewers who may copy what they see.
Self-harm
- We do not allow any content that promotes self-harm.
Enforcement notes
- This rule targets promotion. Content that encourages, glorifies, depicts, or gives instructions for self-harm or suicide violates it. Talking about your own past struggles, sharing resources, or venting to your room does not, by itself, break this rule.
Dangerous activities and regulated goods
- We prohibit clearly dangerous activities on stream, including the dangerous use of tools and objects.
- Real firearms may not be shown during live broadcasts.
- We do not allow the promotion or display of any illegal or regulated products or services, such as illegal drugs.
- Selling physical items is currently not permitted.
Enforcement notes
- The test for dangerous activity is a realistic risk of serious harm. Drunk driving on stream meets that test, and so does using a sharp object during a sexual act. A knife in your kitchen while you cook dinner on camera does not.
- BDSM equipment and play are not the target here. Whips, restraints, paddles, rope: none of these is a violation on its own. The line is visible blood, open wounds, or use of an object that creates an obvious risk of severe harm.

Violent and Graphic Content
Behind real violence there is usually a person getting hurt, and graphic content, such as blood and certain other bodily fluids, upsets most viewers. Both stay off the platform entirely. The rules apply to what is actually visible on stream.
Blood and other prohibited bodily fluids
- We prohibit showing blood, feces, vomit, or the consumption of urine on stream.
- We prohibit explicitly marketed "pee shows".
- Squirting is allowed.
Enforcement notes
- Any clearly visible blood during a broadcast is a violation, regardless of the source. This includes menstrual blood. Nothing prohibits streaming during your period, but a visible leak on camera will be treated as a violation of this rule, and menstruation-themed shows fall under the prohibited topics listed in Tip Menus, Goals, and Shows.
Violence
- We do not allow the depiction of real violence in any form.
Enforcement notes
- The key word is real. Violence in fictional settings, such as movies, anime, or video games you watch or play on stream, is not covered by this rule.
- Storytelling and role-play that involve violent themes are judged by what actually appears on stream, and every other rule in these guidelines still applies during role-play. On camera, examples of where enforcement begins include visible blood, obvious suffering, calls for help, or activity that endangers someone's life or health.

Harassment and Hate Speech
Live chat gets emotional, and that's normal. Harassment is different: insults meant to wound, body shaming, threats, blackmail, and wishing harm on others all count as violations here, whoever they target. So does hate speech, which has its own definition below. These rules protect both models and users.
What counts as harassment
- We prohibit the use of hateful or hurtful language, and we prohibit all harassment of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, insults, body shaming, wishing harm or death on others, threats, blackmail, coercion, and repeated abusive behavior.
Enforcement notes
- We look for intent to harm. Language that would read as degrading in one room can be part of a consensual dynamic in another, and we evaluate the whole conversation before confirming a violation. "My favorite bitch" inside a playful, consensual exchange is not the same as an insult meant to hurt.
- The same standard applies to comments about appearance. A comment crosses the line when its purpose is to shame someone's body.
Hate speech
- We prohibit content or conduct that promotes hatred, violence, discrimination, or exclusion based on protected characteristics: race, color, religion, descent, national or ethnic origin, sexual orientation, and gender identity.
- This covers: attacks and abusive language; threats or incitement to violence; dehumanization; belittling or degrading statements; promotion of hatred, discrimination, or segregation; and slurs used to insult, attack, degrade, or exclude.
- The rule applies everywhere on the platform: usernames, profiles, live chat, private messages, images, video, audio, symbols, emojis, and coded language.
Enforcement notes
- Hate speech means abuse based on a protected characteristic. Abuse without one is not hate speech, though it can still violate the harassment rules above.
- Criticism, good-faith debate, news reporting, satire, counterspeech, and reclaimed or self-referential use are not treated as hate speech.
If someone targets you
- We understand that conversations can sometimes feel provoking or emotionally charged. We strongly encourage you to report any incident rather than retaliate. Responding with abuse is also a violation of these guidelines.
Enforcement notes
- You control your space. The Blocked Words and Phrases list removes language you don't want in your chat, and the Ban and Mute functions let you decide who stays in your room, whether or not these guidelines were violated.
* * *
Animal Welfare
Sexual content involving animals is animal abuse, and it is illegal nearly everywhere.
- We do not allow the depiction of bestiality, meaning sexual activity between a human and an animal.
- We do not allow physical interaction with animals while a model is performing a sexual act.
Enforcement notes
- A cat walking across your bed during a show is not a violation. Enforcement applies when a model is mid-act and physically interacting with the animal, not when a pet simply exists in the background.
* * *
Privacy and In-Person Meetings
Most people here, models and users alike, keep this part of their life separate from the rest. Exposing who someone is can destroy that separation, and with it their relationships, work, and physical safety. That is why we treat privacy violations as among the most serious on the platform, and why SupportLiveCam must not be used to arrange real-world meetings.
Personal information
- We do not allow any unauthorized exposure of personal private information. This includes, but is not limited to, another person's full name, address, contact details, or any other information sufficient to identify them.
Enforcement notes
- Your own name, social media accounts, and messaging platforms (Telegram, WhatsApp, Snapchat, and similar) are yours to share. We still advise against revealing personal details on stream: once something is said on camera, you cannot take it back.
In-person meetings
- We do not allow arranging in-person meetings through our platform.
Enforcement notes
- An arranged meeting means an actual agreement plus exchanged details: an address, a time, contact information. A user asking "do you ever meet fans?" or a role-played dinner date is not enough to count as arranging a meeting.
- Industry events are different. You can announce that you'll be at Exxxotica or Taboo and promote your appearance there. What you cannot do is use the platform to arrange a private, personal meeting with an individual user.
Video call recording
- We do not allow recording by any party during video call (Cam2Cam) shows without the consent of all participants.
Enforcement notes
- Recording on the user side is controlled by product settings: you decide whether your shows can be recorded. Recording a user during a video call requires that user's personal consent.

Spam, Scams, and Advertising
This section covers the ways people get cheated on the platform: scams that mislead users about what they are paying for, like a pre-recorded show passed off as live, and spam that funnels people toward places where none of our protections apply. It also covers users cheating models, starting with fake tips, and a few rules on advertising inside the platform. Honest models lose money to all of it.
Driving users off the platform
We monitor the platform 24/7 to keep it free of spam and to prevent it from being used as a gateway to drive users elsewhere. The following are violations, including but not limited to:
- Repeatedly sharing ways of contact leading outside the platform;
- Sharing malicious links;
- Offering or arranging shows outside the platform;
- Advertising other live-streaming platforms or content subscription services;
- Any case where it is sufficiently clear that an account's primary purpose is to lead users off the platform.
Enforcement notes
- You can share your own social media accounts, messaging platforms, and your link-in-bio page. You cannot advertise other cam platforms, payment services, or subscription sites.
- Repetition matters. Posting the same contact information again and again within a short window is spam, and an account that clearly exists mainly to lead users elsewhere will be treated as a spam account.
Advertising inside the platform
The following are also violations:
- Advertising your room in other models' rooms.
- Advertising studios on the platform.
Enforcement notes
- The studio rule is about recruitment. Mentioning the studio you work with, or product placement in your room, does not break it. The violation is inviting or recruiting models to join a studio through the platform.
Dishonest and misleading behavior
Any dishonest or misleading behavior is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Fake tipping;
- Using pre-recorded content in broadcasts;
- Asking for, suggesting, or accepting payment methods other than those offered by the Website;
- Using fake interactive toys;
- Pretending to be a member of our staff.
Enforcement notes
- On external payments, the violation is complete the moment you share or accept the details. Whether money actually moved does not matter.
- BRB screens and intro loops are fine, as long as it is completely clear they are not live. Passing pre-recorded footage off as a live show is a serious violation.

Tip Menus, Goals, and Shows
Tips run on a simple deal: when you add an item to your menu, set a goal, or agree to a show, users pay expecting it to happen. Broken promises make users stop tipping, and that costs every model on the platform. The rules below keep the deal honest on both sides.
Menus, goals, and agreed shows
The following count as violations:
- Not performing items from your public or private tip menus.
- Not performing a show after agreeing to it and receiving payment.
- Not performing a completed goal, or updating your goals right before completion on purpose.
- Using misleading titles for your ticket or group shows.
Enforcement notes
- The tip menu is yours to build. Only list items you are confident you can perform: by listing an item, you agree in advance to perform it whenever it's paid for.
- Requests outside the menu are a different case. You choose whether to accept or refuse, and you are never obliged to take on a request you don't want to perform. Once you say yes and the user pays, it becomes a commitment.
- Complete your goals within a reasonable time. Some items are quick, others take longer, and we take your earlier commitments into account. Either way, the goal has to be performed.
- If you can't perform a tipped item, you have two options: agree on an alternative with the user, or refund. If the user doesn't accept the alternative, refund.
- Completing a room goal inside a ticket show counts as misleading unless the goal text itself says "in ticket show." A ticket emoji is not enough, and announcing it verbally is not enough either.
Broadcast conduct
The following count as violations:
- Depicting unconscious persons or broadcasting while sleeping.
- Begging for tips to cover personal expenses.
- Broadcasting from two or more accounts at the same time.
Enforcement notes
- Begging means a direct reference to personal expenses: rent, utility bills, food, and similar. Epic Goals are an exception, and this rule does not apply to them.
- The sleeping rule covers any unconscious person in the frame, because there is no way to confirm they are safe or consented. If you are about to fall asleep, or someone in your frame already has, stop the stream.
Prohibited topics and paid content
The following count as violations:
- Discussing, requesting, or offering prohibited shows or topics, including incest, bestiality, and shows involving urination, menstruation, scat, or anything else explicitly prohibited under these guidelines.
- Broadcasting Private or Exclusive Private shows publicly for free on other platforms.
Enforcement notes
- "Mommy" and "daddy" as nicknames are common, and we do not treat them as incest role-play. The line is role-playing actual family relations.
- Private and Exclusive Private shows can run on other platforms only if they are private or behind a paywall there as well. The violation is a paid show streamed publicly for free somewhere else.
* * *
Account Access
Your account holds your identity and your earnings. Shared or borrowed accounts make it impossible to know who is really behind a stream or a payment, and that puts everyone involved at risk.
- Every registered user and model is entitled to access only their own account, using the credentials provided during registration. No one should ever attempt to access, use, or interfere with another person's account.
- Do not ask other users or models for their credentials, and do not share yours with anyone.
Account Holder
The Account Holder exists to settle two things: who owns the account, and who gets paid. The same person is responsible for everything that happens on the account.
- Each account has one dedicated Account Holder: the first person verified on it.
- The Account Holder cannot be changed.
- The Account Holder must be present during all streams, especially when the show is performed by a group.
- Payouts can only be made to the Account Holder.
* * *
Protection of Your Content
This rule is written for users, and it exists to protect models. Your shows are work you get paid for, and content stolen and republished elsewhere costs you income and control over where your image appears.
- Copying, reproducing, distributing, publishing, or otherwise exploiting content from SupportLiveCam on third-party websites without authorization is expressly prohibited.
Enforcement notes
- It covers mirror sites, commercial re-uploads, and channels distributing models' content on other platforms. If you find your content stolen and republished, here you can read how to report it: How to take down my content that is used on other sites?
* * *
Reports and Appeals
If you see a violation, report it instead of engaging. Reports are the fastest way to get a situation reviewed. You can find the full process in: How can I report users and models for violating the rules?
Any decision made under these guidelines can be contested if you believe it is wrong. How to submit an appeal explains how.
We built these guidelines to be clear enough that you never have to guess. Everyone has a home on SupportLive Cam.
