You’ll receive an email notification whenever certain negative actions are taken against your account. This email will include a link that allows you to submit an appeal directly.
You can appeal through the email link in the following cases:
- Blocks: Temporary or permanent account blocks
- Content rejections
- Removal from categories (BDSM or Flirting mode)
- Failed reports: If you reported someone, but we did not take action
Note: Some other actions, such as warnings, document rejections, etc., can still be appealed, but not via the email link. For these, use the Support form.
Regardless of the account type (user, model, or studio), the procedure is the same. Keep in mind that it’s very important to include detailed information when submitting your appeal.
