Models can mute users at their discretion, often to prevent spam, harassment, or offensive behavior in their rooms. This feature allows models to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.

Note that Support cannot unmute users or change the duration of the mute. Muted users must wait until the mute period expires or the model decides to unmute you.
