The “Planned & Deliberate Scam” block applies when a model engages in intentionally deceptive behavior, i.e., manipulation, fraud, or premeditated dishonesty. Below are the most common types of violations:
-
Selling stolen or unauthentic content
Offering paid content that wasn’t created by you (e.g., content by other performers, stock media, or AI-generated material) is a form of fraud.
-
Starting paid shows without participating
Launching a Ticket or a Group performance and then leaving (or never appearing in the first place) is considered a scam, even if the model uses a “BRB” message.
-
Misleading group or ticket show titles
In Group or Ticket shows, using a title to suggest an activity that the show does not include is considered as a deception.
-
Repeating unmet goals to stall
Updating the same goal multiple times in a single stream is seen as a deliberate attempt to avoid performing it, thus misleading users.
-
Improper use of referral links
Referral links must only be shared outside of the platform. Promoting them inside the platform violates our policy.
-
Fake lotteries and prize scams
Running lottery-style tipping schemes that promise prizes without delivering them is a serious violation. These fake lotteries unfairly boost visibility and mislead users. This includes any lottery without guaranteed rewards for tips (with the exception of lucky draw tickets).
If you're unsure whether a behavior could be considered misleading or fraudulent, it’s best to avoid it. Always aim to be honest, transparent, and respectful toward your audience.
