This article explains how to report illegal content, appeal decisions made on your account, and request a review if you're not satisfied with how a complaint was handled.
Content reporting
To report illegal content:
- Click the hamburger icon in the top left corner and scroll down the menu
- Go to “Report Content”
Next, fill out the form to report content you believe to be illegal.
- In the “This Content Shows or Promotes” field, select the type of violation (e.g., harassment or hate speech, self-harm, animal abuse, etc.)
- Paste the direct link to the content you're reporting in the “Direct Link to Reported Content”
- Specify the type of reported content (live broadcast, photo, text, etc.)
- In the “Details & Explanation” field, provide all the details you consider relevant. If possible, indicate the law you believe this content violates.
- Enter your full name if you’re willing. We respect your privacy, so this step is optional.
- Enter your email address.
- Check the box confirming that the report is complete and accurate and you understand the consequences of submitting false or harmful reports.
- Click “Submit”.
Appeal procedure
For EEA Accounts
If your account is registered in the EEA (European Economic Area), you’ll receive an email notification whenever certain negative actions are taken against your account. This email will include a link that allows you to submit an appeal directly.
You can appeal through the email link in the following cases:
- Blocks: Temporary or permanent account blocks
- Content rejections
- Removal from categories (BDSM or Flirting mode)
- Failed reports: If you reported someone, but we did not take action
Note: Some other actions, such as warnings, document rejections, etc., can still be appealed, but not via the email link. For these, use the Support form.
The procedure is the same for all the EEA and non-EEA account types (user, model, or studio).
For Non-EEA Accounts
If your account is not registered in the EEA, the option to appeal via the email link is currently unavailable. To appeal any action, use the Support form.
Regardless of the account type (user, model, or studio), the procedure is the same. Keep in mind that it’s very important to include detailed information when submitting your appeal.
Escalation procedure
We’ll do our best to resolve your complaint as soon as you reach out. If you’re not happy with how it was handled or the outcome, you can ask to have it escalated to our Legal Department. They’ll look into the issue.
