Neither you nor Customer Support can detach your account from the studio. However, you can request that your studio initiate the detachment.
- If your account was independent before the attachment to the studio, make sure you have access to the email address linked to it. Afterwards, ask your studio to detach your account.
- If your account was created by the studio, you can ask your studio to detach the account as per the instructions.
- If the studio approves your request, you can start using your independent account.
