Make sure your payment information are correct, double-check every piece of data you have submitted before your payment will be issued on its way to you!

In case your payment was sent to an account of invalid details, therefore it needs to be re-issued, we need to receive the funds back to our account before we can re-send it, and this process can take at least 2 but even up to 60 working days.

Once we receive the funds back to our account the tokens will be added back to your profile and the payment will be re-issued at the next payout day together with any new earnings.
