Studios are able to assign 2 roles to existing users they trust: Studio Admins and Moderators, and none of them can be muted or banned by models.

The Studio Admin post entails being able to manage the studio model accounts (add, log in as, remove and delete), watch and message models, and access the pages "My Models", "Earnings by Models", "Token History", and "Payment History".

The Moderator post entails being able to moderate the studio model rooms, muting users and watching and messaging models.

Given the importance of these roles, we recommend you urge your Admins and Moderators to enable the Two-Factor Authentication in their accounts to keep them extra protected. The safer their accounts are, the safer your studio’s sensitive information will be.

We bear no responsibility for what Studio Admins and Moderators do for the studio, so be sure to choose individuals you really trust. Head over to the "Settings and Privacy" page. There you will find the Studio Admin and Moderator panels to assign these roles.

Note: If you previously used the Staff option on the Settings page, please note that all your Staff members have been automatically made Moderators.
