We use email communication to inform you about important updates and promos or in other words, about news you'd love to hear about.

To ensure that you never miss any of our emails, you must add our email address to your sender list.

Add an Outlook contact

On a computer:

1. Sign in to your Outlook account.

2. At the top-right corner, select the settings icon.

3. Select “View all Outlook settings”.

4. Select “Mail”.
5. Select “Junk email”.
6. Under “Safe senders and domains”, hit “Add”.
7. Enter our email address and press enter – you can check our email address in one of the emails we sent you, when clicking on the arrow below the sender’s name.
8. Hit “Save”.

On a iOS device:

1. Sign in to your Outlook account.

2. Select the settings icon at the top.


3. Under “Your app settings”, select “Mail”.


4. Select “Mail” to expand the list.


5. Under “Accounts”, select “Block or allow”.
6. Enter our email address under “Safe senders and recipients” and hit the “+” – you can check our email address in one of the emails we sent you, when clicking on the arrow below the sender’s name.
7. Hit “Save” at the top.

Check blocked senders

If after adding the website as a contact, our emails keep slipping through the junk folder, it could be that you accidentally added us to your blocked sender list. You can check that list to make sure it’s correct.

1. Sign in to your Outlook account.
2. At the top-right corner, select the settings icon.
3. Select “View all Outlook settings”.
4. Select “Mail”.
5. Select “Junk email”.
6. If you see our email address listed under “Blocked senders and domains”, select the remove icon to remove it from the list.
