Payouts follow specific rules and processes. Here are the most common questions you may have.
Why did I receive fewer tokens in my payout?
Payouts include tokens earned between Monday 12:00 AM and Sunday 11:59 PM (UTC). Any tokens earned after Sunday midnight are rolled into the next week’s payout. So don’t worry, your tokens aren’t lost. Any new earnings will simply show up in your next payout.
Note that payouts are sent every Tuesday, except for wire transfers, which are processed every two weeks.
Can I reverse my payout if there was an issue?
If you entered the wrong payment settings or your provider doesn’t allow withdrawals, contact our Support to reverse the payout. They will request reversal, and tokens will be returned to your account.
- Cryptos, Yoursafe, Paxum: reversals are usually instant
- Other providers: timeframes depend on their side and may vary
How can I get a payout invoice?
You can download invoices using the Self-billing feature:
- Click on your token balance
- Go to Payment History
- Find the payment you need an invoice for
- Click Download
If you also need your Agreement as proof of income, contact Support.
I did not receive my payout via crypto.
If you didn’t receive your crypto payout:
- Contact Support
- Get your transaction hash ID
- Share it with your wallet provider to credit the funds
