1. Contact Support and provide the name of the studio you want to transfer to.
2. Get a reference number from Support and share it with both studios.
3. Both studios should contact Support and provide this reference number.
4. After that, your account will be linked to the new studio.

Submit transfer requests only when absolutely necessary. The process may take approximately one week to complete. Please note that you and the studios must provide matching reference numbers so we can proceed with your request. All communication must be conducted through registered email addresses.

Important: Token transfer from your account to the studio occurs on Sundays at midnight, UTC +0. In case of detachment, tokens remain with the studio.
