If you encounter a user breaking the rules or behaving inappropriately, please report it to us. We provide various ways to report a violation:

• To Report the User from Public Chat:
  1. Hover over the username
  2. In the opened window click the “Report” button
  3. Fill out the Report form
  
  
• To Report the User from private messages:
  1. Click on three dots
  2. Select the “Report” option
  3. Fill out the Report form
  
  
• To Report the message in Public chat:
  1. Locate the three dots button at the end of the message by hovering over it
  2. Click on the “Report Message” button
  3.  Fill out the Report form
  
  
• To Report via a Form:
  1. Open the sidebar at the left side of the page
  2. Click on “Report Content”
  3. Fill out the Report form

Action time for each method:

• Reporting a message: 5-15 minutes
• Reporting through the Report Form: 24h

However, note that these options should be used only when strictly necessary; over-reporting could lead to penalties.
