Depending on their severity, violations can lead to:

• Warnings
• Suspensions from 24 hours to 30 days
• Permanent ban

If your account gets blocked, we always explain the reasons for that in an email. In that email, you can also find the date when the ban expires or information about the permanent suspension. 

We may be unable to share any internal information about your ban or evidence of the violation. As per our Terms of Use, we also reserve the right to block a person from our platform permanently so they will not be approved on any new account.
