Regardless of the studio ownership type (a person or a company), you must contact Customer Support to inform them of your request to change studio owners.
They will share with you a ticket ID and a link to go through the procedure:
- Write the studio account username, today’s date, and ticket ID by hand on a piece of paper.
- Prepare the selfies of:
- the existing studio owner holding their ID and piece of paper with the studio account username, today’s date, and ticket ID
- the new studio owner holding their ID and piece of paper with the studio account username, today’s date, and ticket ID
- three currently active models holding their IDs and pieces of paper with the studio account username, today’s date, and ticket ID
Important: There must be 5 selfies in total. When taking a selfie, a person must ensure their ID, writing, and face are fully visible and in focus.
- Follow the link provided to you by Customer Support and upload the selfies.
- Inform Customer Support about the upload.
